I feel absolutely blessed that you were part of our wedding day…I felt like we were working with a dear friend. That says so much about you and who you are.

I recently held a small intimate wedding of 80 guests in our family yard. I had three months to plan this wedding and I interviewed five different catering companies. I decided to hire Everyday Gourmet for the event. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Sparvim, the owner of the business was most helpful from beginning to end.
She recommended a network of vendors that came through beautifully. From the florist, tent company to the wine vendor.The most incredible part of my experience, was the actual wedding day. We had extremely difficult weather conditions to deal with. The day started off to be one of the hottest of the summer with severe thunderstorms breaking right before the wedding. As the mother of the bride I was in full anxiety. Sparvim, kept calm, handed me a glass of wine, and carried off her duties with an amazing staff. The weather broke and cooled the evening off. The wedding had to be transferred last minute to the tent and everything was arranged impeccably.
The food served through the cocktail hour to our beautiful sit down dinner was superb. Many guest complimented the dinner and presentation. It was wonderful! The staff was professional and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend this company to anyone!
We used Sparvim and her wonderful team for our daughter’s wedding and then my mother in law’s 80th birthday. Everything was elegantly presented, the food fabulous and rave reviews from all who attended, each event. Some who had come to the wedding were actually excited that Sparvim was preparing the food for the 80th birthday, and made sure they wouldn’t miss it! Sparvim takes all your desires, and needs and puts it together without a hitch every time. I wouldn’t even think of calling anyone else.The service and food doesn’t get any better than this!!
The Everyday Gourmet of Glenview owner,Sparvim Nazarof, did an excellent job of catering our son’s wedding at the Grove Redfield Estate on May 31, 2014. She worked with us to stay within our budget. We had a plated dinner for 75 guests. The quality of the food was the best we have ever had at a wedding! Sparvim was helpful in planning the menu and suggesting resources such as an outstanding bakery to use for the cake. Her servers were polite and efficient . They helped us pack up at the end of the evening. She even helped us store the leftover wedding cake until we could make arrangements for it. The Everyday Gourmet is a small business that delivers in a big way!

Everyday Gourmet catered my June 2012 wedding at the Redfield Estate in Glenview. From the very beginning, Sparvim was very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I were working with a limited budget, but Sparvim was able to show us how to make it work so that we could still have everything we wanted. The food was outstanding! At the tasting, we had a hard time deciding what to order because everything thing was so good. During the wedding,The staff kept bringing out tray after tray of appetizers; there was definitely more than enough. My guests were raving about how fabulous they were, especially the artichoke puffs! Dinner was delicious too. I was so glad that we had chosen to go with Everyday Gourmet.
Sparvim has done many weddings at the Grove, which is a unique venue and requires a caterer who really knows how to make everything run smoothly there. She knows what will work and what won’t work, and she is not shy about letting you know how she thinks everything should be handled. If you are clear about what you want and are firm in communicating how important something is to you, she will find a way to make it work. Her staff was outstanding as well. They were extremely polite and professional to my guests and they really hustled to get everything ready and perfectly arranged according to my very particular instructions. During the middle of dinner in the outdoor pavilion, the sky opened up and it began to pour rain on us. In less than 30 minutes they were able to move everyone inside, reset up the bar, cake table, guestbook table, and s’more bar and dry the floor so my guests didn’t slip. Their professionalism turned what could have been a disaster into a slight hiccup.
